With a heavy heart, we remember Senthan Shanmuganathan, whose radiant and generous smile touched everyone he met. Wise beyond his years, he possessed a bright mind and a kind soul, always bringing joy and warmth to those around him. Cheerful, humble, and endlessly giving, he was a friend who left an indelible mark on all of us. While he has left this world, we find comfort in knowing he is now free from suffering. Rest in peace, dear friend. May your gentle soul find eternal peace

Our another beloved friend departed to land of no return
It is hard to digest that Senthan is not with us anymore. It is with great sadness I had to write in this wall
It was god’s grace I was able to visit you early this year
We all flocked together in 1986 at 7C class in SJC and since then the adventures we had were a lot.
My friend Senthan,
The level of maturity you have shown at such a young age was amazing.
Your caring nature and the cultivated mindset made you a genius.
How you excelled in academic and sports is really impressive.
Your general knowledge and particularly your passion towards sports is highly commendable.
To highlight one memory, when the senior school teams on the quiz contest were failed to answer the question on the stage
“ Who broke the Olympic record on pole vault in 1988 Seoul Olympics”
It was only you from the audience knew the answer
The memories you left for us is a lot and we will cherish on it forever mate.
Good bye my friend
Grieving friend of yours

Dearest Senthan, we began our journey together as schoolmates, and we walked through many chapters together, from the carefree days of youth to the challenges of adulthood. You were not just a friend but a brother, a guide, and a constant presence in my life, and the memories we created are treasures I will carry with me forever.
You were a force in everything you did—whether it was your passion for sports, where you shone as a valuable member of the school cricket team, or the brilliance of your mind, always sharp and inquisitive. You were a person whose wisdom went far beyond your years, always offering thoughtful advice and insights that made everyone around you think a little deeper and look at the world a little differently.
But what truly set you apart was your heart. You were a wonderful human being—kind, humble, and thoughtful. You never sought recognition or praise, yet your actions spoke louder than words. You were a true friend in every sense of the word—always there, always reliable, through thick and thin. You knew what it meant to be present in times of joy, and even more so in times of difficulty.
I remember how much you loved the outdoors—the tranquility of nature, the challenge of camping, the adventures we shared in the wilderness. You were always the one who encouraged us to explore, to step outside our comfort zones, and to appreciate the simple beauty of the world around us.
Your love for bringing people together, for organizing get-togethers and trips, will forever remain a cherished part of who you were. You took the lead, not for recognition, but because you genuinely cared about the people around you. You loved gathering friends and family, and whether it was a quiet evening at home or an adventurous trip into the wild, you were the heart and soul of every gathering. And your cooking, always a highlight—food made with love and care—will always be remembered with fondness.
Senthan, your grit, perseverance, and resiliency were a constant source of inspiration to all who knew you. You faced challenges with a strength that was awe-inspiring, never backing down, always finding a way to push forward. You showed us all what it means to keep going, no matter the obstacles, and you left an indelible mark on everyone lucky enough to call you a friend.
Though you may no longer be with us, your legacy lives on in the countless memories you’ve left behind. In every conversation, every shared laugh, every gathering of friends and family, we’ll remember you.
Rest in peace, my dear friend. The world is a little less bright without you, but I take comfort knowing your spirit will always guide us, and your memory will live on in all of us who loved you.
Loving friend, Dushy

In loving memory of Senthan—a dear friend, a lover of nature, and a soul who brought us together with his annual spring camping and cottage trips. Each year, he gave us the gift of these moments: time spent in the wilderness, laughing, exploring, and sharing stories around the fire. Senthan had a deep love for the peace of nature, and he knew how to make each trip feel special.
Even in his toughest moments, Senthan’s spirit never wavered. He faced his struggles with remarkable strength, especially for his two beautiful sons, whom he loved fiercely and fought for with all his heart.
Though life’s battles were hard on him, Senthan is now at peace, free from suffering. Rest easy, my friend. May you find the peace you deserve, and may your spirit continue to bless and watch over your sons and family. You will always be remembered in the places we went, in the laughter we shared, and in the hearts of everyone who loved you. Rest in peace, Senthan
